Client Account Lead – High Tech

As a Client Account Lead, you will partner with some of the world's most influential High Tech organizations, helping them navigate disruption, accelerate innovation, and transform their businesses through technology, data, and AI.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping strategic initiatives that drive product innovation, operational excellence, customer value, and sustainable growth. What Will Help You Succeed

8+ years of experience in consulting, technology, engineering, business development, or leadership roles within the High Tech industry

Strong understanding of High Tech business models, including hardware, software, semiconductors, electronics, intelligent devices, industrial technology, or digital platforms

Experience working with technology manufacturers, product organizations, engineering-led businesses, or innovation-driven enterprises

Demonstrated success building senior executive relationships and expanding strategic accounts

Experience helping organizations scale innovation, modernize operating models, optimize supply chains, or accelerate digital transformation

Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, GenAI, cloud, digital engineering, intelligent automation, cybersecurity, or connected products

Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify and shape complex business opportunities

Proven leadership experience in multidisciplinary and international environments

Master's degree or equivalent professional experience

Fluency in English; Dutch is highly desirable

A passion for technology and curiosity about how innovation can create competitive advantage
