About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Retail Operation Intern. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the retail department while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industry. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the industry and gain valuable skills that will benefit you throughout your career.

Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day tasks within the Retail Department

Provide support to the Retail Operations department, including assisting store managers with operational and administrative tasks

Collaborate with stores and the warehouse to ensure on-time replenishments

Process and monitor store returns, ensuring proper tracking and issue resolution

Support the opening of new stores by coordinating with various teams

Coordinate cross-functionally to execute internal orders for different departments, considering factors such as warehouse capacity and stock levels

What you'll bring

Currently enrolled in university

Fluent in English, both verbal and written - additional languages are a plus, not required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables)

Proactive, organized, analytical mindset, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail

Strong interest in analysis and applications

Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to communicate openly, clearly, and constructively

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Able to work in an international work environment

Interest & passion for the fashion industry

Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Detail-oriented and proactive individual who is eager to learn and contribute to the success of our team.
