€5,758 – €7,500 (depending on experience) + 18% flexible budget (including holiday allowance) and a year-end bonus. The team in the Zwolle region is growing rapidly to deliver tailored solutions to clients in the North and Central Netherlands. We have a total of 300 colleagues, 25 of whom are based in the Zwolle region. Your Role as Senior Project Engineer As a Senior High Voltage Project Engineer, you are involved from A to Z in the design and realization of high-voltage substations at project sites. You are technically responsible for the engineering of challenging high-voltage projects. Depending on the size of the project, you may lead a small team and independently carry out the engineering work. What this means: You are responsible for a wide range of secondary and primary engineering tasks (work packages). You are an all-rounder familiar with all types of high-voltage installations in the industry, from 110 kV to 380 kV, including the relevant standards and regulations. You collaborate with (project) management, clients, various authorities, and suppliers. You prepare system documentation, functional and technical specifications. You create proposals, reports, schedules, work descriptions, specifications, and operational overviews. You monitor budgets and review and analyze post-calculations. You proactively track project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and report your findings. You also perform quality checks and are responsible for project documentation.
