About the role
Clients engage RGP for expertise in delivering large and complex projects to strengthen their business. As S2P Business Process Expert, you will work on a diverse range of projects. Through relevant experience, you will have been exposed to multiple and ideally complex (global) projects and businesses and be able to adapt these to our clients' unique environment.
What you'll do
Scope: Business Process (Expertise) Services • Act as an SME within the S2P/P2P organisation, supporting the Global Process Owner on process excellence and transformation initiatives • Strengthen end-to-end S2P/P2P processes across ERP and procurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Ivalua) • Deliver and socialise strong process expertise, ERP knowledge, and continuous improvement practices across regional stakeholders • Lead analysis, standardisation, and optimisation of business processes across global and regional teams • Act as a business process expert supporting end-to-end S2P transformation and operational improvements • Apply structured, data-driven problem solving to identify issues and drive actionable priorities • Translate complex challenges into clear, data-led solutions with measurable business outcomes • Leverage digital tools, automation, and emerging technologies to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions (as relevant) • Serve as key contact for business users on process and system-related topics (ERP and procurement tools) • Maintain strong domain knowledge in S2P, staying current on industry trends, GenAI, and procurement technology • Establish governance to monitor process performance, analyse exceptions, and drive root cause resolution • Drive periodic process reviews and controls with operations and OpEx teams to ensure continuous value delivery
What you'll bring
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable qualification. • Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes and ERP systems (SAP preferred). • Hands-on experience in handling processes including direct and/or indirect sourcing, invoice to pay, Vendor master data, Controls. • Experience in process re-engineering/improvements, optimization and stakeholder management. • Exposure to automation, AI-driven initiatives, and digital transformation projects. • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style.
