O2C SME

Clients engage RGP for expertise in delivering large and complex projects to strengthen their business. As Order-2-Cash SME, you will work on a diverse range of projects. Through relevant experience, you will have been exposed to multiple and ideally complex (global) projects and businesses and be able to adapt these to our clients' unique environment. O2C SME; Provide subject matter expertise and transformation support to help ensure O2C readiness for ERP implementation, address key gaps and blockers, and align the programme with the broader GBS agenda.

• Bring relevant best practices and external benchmarks to inform the O2C design and implementation approach. • Support the establishment and assessment of wave readiness, including key dependencies, risks and entry criteria. • Conduct gap analysis, where required, and support the definition of actions to close identified gaps. • Work closely with other GPO teams and relevant support functions to establish cross-functional requirements and dependencies. • Help identify and resolve O2C-related ERP implementation blockers, escalating key issues where appropriate. • Provide O2C subject matter expertise to establish clear interlocks with the broader GBS transformation agenda, operating model and strategic priorities
