Warehouse Coordinator

Renewtech currently employs a diverse team across our support facility in Amsterdam and several offices throughout Europe. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Operations team in Amsterdam. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards in inventory accuracy, shipping efficiency, and overall warehouse organization.

Organize and manage the flow of products and other items in our warehouse. Receive, process, and track deliveries through our ERP system. Work closely with our sales team to pick, process, and ship orders efficiently. Support our engineering team in ensuring items are repaired and tested to the highest quality standards. Refurbish products by cleaning, painting, and repacking as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and productive workspace in line with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001). Works on other tasks and special projects as they come up.

Experience : 2-3 years in warehouse or supply chain roles; circular IT or hardware resale experience is a plus. Skills : Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Attributes : Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling complex tasks under pressure. Mindset : A proactive, flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
