About the role
Partner & Sales Management
Manage and grow a portfolio of ~20 distribution partners
Drive sales performance and service excellence across your region
Build strong, long-term relationships with partners and key stakeholders
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities (20%)
Expand Ricoh’s footprint within existing and new markets
Actively contribute to regional growth strategies
Forecasting & Performance
Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts
Monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions
Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Tender & Market Expertise
Manage and support tender processes within the region
Leverage your knowledge of the office print industry to position Ricoh effectively
Ensure alignment with local market dynamics and customer needs
International Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams across Europe and global functions
Travel frequently within North Africa, French Overseas Islands to support partners and business growth
What you'll bring
Minimum 3 years of international sales experience, across multiple countries
Proven experience in partner/channel management
Strong background in the office print / document solutions industry (must-have)
Experience with tender processes and pricing tools, BI reporting
Strong commercial skills, including pricing and negotiation
Experience with forecasting and business planning
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel frequently – once a month and sometimes more
Fluent in English and French (mandatory) and Arabic (a big plus)
