About the role
We are seeking an experienced Fabric Maintenance Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support the delivery of offshore fabric maintenance programs on assigned deepwater assets in the Gulf of America. Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for coordinating and driving the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of fabric maintenance activities for a major offshore operator. Based primarily in the office, with periodic offshore visits to support planning activities, scope validation, and stakeholder engagement, the Fabric Maintenance Coordinator serves as the primary interface between offshore execution teams, inspectors, engineers, planners, and support functions. The role is responsible for execution readiness, offshore logistics, critical work scope coordination, and cross-functional integration, ensuring maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project priorities. The Coordinator also drives effective communication between offshore hitches, proactively resolves execution challenges, and monitors performance to maximize productivity and schedule attainment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience in offshore fabric maintenance. They will be capable of balancing operational priorities, managing resources, building stakeholder alignment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
What you'll do
Safety, Quality & Compliance Support asset safety programs and coordinate recognition initiatives. Participate in safety meetings and promote safe work practices. Manage AA&T processes, including QA/QC activities and AOW uploads. Submit and track execution deferrals as required. Ensure activities comply with company procedures, client requirements, and applicable safety standards. Logistics & Resource Coordinate offshore logistics, personnel movements, and POB requirements. Coordinate materials, equipment, and execution support resources. Support procurement activities required for offshore execution. Offshore Execution Coordinate the execution of offshore fabric maintenance activities and critical work scopes. Manage offshore requests, logistics, and execution support requirements. Act as the primary liaison between offshore personnel and onshore support functions. Ensure effective communication, continuity between offshore hitches, and execution readiness. Resolve execution challenges and coordinate solutions to support safe and efficient work execution. Asset Integration & Performance Management Facilitate integration between asset teams and concurrent workstreams. Lead bi-weekly schedule review and rear-view meetings to monitor progress and address constraints. Manage personnel-on-board (POB) expectations and resource planning requirements. Track key performance metrics, schedule attainment, downtime, break-ins, labor utilization, and plan vs actual. Support post-job reviews and lessons learned workshops to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications 5+ years' experience in coordinating offshore fabric maintenance activities. Strong understanding of fabric maintenance, coatings, insulation, and asset integrity programs. Experience working with offshore operations, inspection teams, engineering disciplines, and contractors. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of industrial safety standards, offshore logistics, and maintenance execution processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP preferred. Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 preferred. AMPP/NACE, ICorr, FROSIO, or similar industry certification preferred.
