About the role
As Róhe continues to grow internationally, we're looking for a Working Student or Intern to support our Finance team. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing supplier invoices accurately and on time and communicate on a daily basis with our suppliers. You'll also follow up on proof of payments and provide day-to-day support to our Administrator and Controller, gaining hands-on experience with financial administration in a fast-growing, international company.
What you'll do
Own and manage the administration process regarding receipt of invoices from suppliers. Communication with suppliers regarding timelines of approving invoices, follow up on outstanding balances. Assist in cleaning and maintaining accounts payable data (matching payments, cleaning open items, identifying discrepancies etc.) Track overdue payments and flag anomalies. Support bank payment matching and reconciliation.
What you'll bring
2+ University student with a focus in a bachelors degree in finance, accounting or international business. Available to work at least 3 days a week from our Amsterdam office. Good knowledge in MS office, especially excel. You are eager to learn, accurate, and proactive.
