Back Office & Crew Coordinator

You will be an important part of the daily operation. Once one of our people is selected for a project, you help make sure everything is arranged correctly: the contract, documents, certificates, visa if needed, and the complete journey to the vessel or work location. You do not need to know all of this from day one. We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn and enjoys organising things and helping people. Experience in the offshore or maritime industry is not required. We will teach you our systems, procedures and the practical side of the job.
