Business Analyst We are looking for a Medior or Senior Business Analyst who wants to delve into the insurance world. In this role, you will work within the Product Development department on our platform Axon. Axon is the solution we provide for insurance companies to optimize their processes. As a Business Analyst, you will analyze requirements from our customers and developers and translate the requirements into user-friendly software solutions. Utrecht (NL) Business Analysis English €3500 - €5800 Key About Your Role As a business analyst, you will bridge the gap between your Scrum team and our customers at insurance companies. You understand customer requirements and anticipate for developments in the market. You are able to communicate effectively with different types of target groups; Whether it’s a design session with the customer, or a technical refinement with your team. You translate requirements into solutions which are fit for purpose. You do this with an eye for quality and maintainability. Within your team, you help define user stories to implement the changes you have designed. During implementation, you are the sparring partner for developers and testers. In sprint reviews, you present these changes to the customer, and collect their feedback. Key About Your Team You will be part of the Configuration team. This team is responsible for the module in our system where insurers can model insurance products, and for advanced synchronization functionalities. Those functionalities enable testing of newly modelled insurance products through their OTAP street. Subsequently, bringing those products with ease to production and within a short time to the market. Our team takes prides in delivering quality software by improving test automation and never missing an opportunity to improve existing code. In addition, our teams work very closely together and are proud of our working atmosphere. Keylane offers A monthly gross salary between € 3,600 to € 4,600 (Medior) or € 4,350 to € 5,800 (Senior) based on 40 hours per week. 8% holiday allowance of your total gross salary; A profit share; Travel reimbursement: mileage allowance (€ 0.23 per km)or  a NS Business card, which can be used for business and personal usage; Option to participate in Lease-a-bike 24 holiday days (with the option to buy extra) and 7 inclusion days, which can be exchanged with fixed Dutch national holidays, allowing you to take them when you like; A pension scheme, with the option to save extra; A comprehensive vitality offer to help you stay healthy. A one-year contract that, subject to satisfactory performance, will be converted into a permanent contract; Flexibility in working environment. As part of a hybrid working team, you will work partly from home and partly from the office. If you work in the office, a free lunch is waiting for you every day. Speaking Dutch is an advantage.
