About the role
The Business Product Analyst supports the product team in achieving maximum business value by ensuring products are built according to validated requirements, driving user adoption, and supporting business change. The candidate should be comfortable working with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and technical teams.
What you'll do
Business Analysis & Requirements
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate user requirements into features.
Support the Product Owner in prioritizing features.
Understand business domain boundaries and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts.
Business Process Management
Understand and document current business processes.
Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Design new to-be business processes.
Support business process changes.
Testing & Application Support
Perform integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support incident management and deployed product continuity.
Assist with technical configurations.
Investigate data-related issues affecting application operations.
Support standby duties as required.
Data & Stakeholder Management
Use SQL to investigate data-related issues.
Understand APIs and system integrations.
Prepare reliable, documented analyses.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between Netherlands and Hungary-based colleagues.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
Strong SQL experience.
API / System Integration understanding.
Requirements gathering and documentation.
Business process analysis / modelling.
Integration Testing and UAT.
Strong stakeholder management and communication.
Proactive and analytical mindset.
