Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular and REST API development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both backend and frontend technologies and have experience building secure, scalable and high-performance applications.
The role requires close collaboration with DevOps and engineering teams for cloud deployments, CI/CD, containerization and application delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot and Angular.
Develop secure, scalable and high-performance REST APIs.
Work on frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript.
Design and implement backend services using Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA and Spring Security.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and develop efficient data access solutions.
Collaborate with DevOps teams on Azure cloud deployments, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development and contribute to technical design and implementation.
Write unit and integration tests and maintain high code quality.
Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities and quality issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation on Atlassian Wiki.
Support code reviews, technical discussions and troubleshooting activities.
What you'll bring
Backend
Strong knowledge of Java JDK 17 and advanced Java concepts.
Strong experience with Spring Framework / Spring AOP 5.2.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot 2.7.
Strong understanding of:
Spring Web
Spring Data JPA
Spring Security
OAuth2
Strong experience developing REST APIs.
Experience with Maven 3.
Frontend
Strong hands-on experience with Angular 14 or above.
Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
Good knowledge of JavaScript ES5/ES6.
Experience with reactive programming frameworks such as RxJS and NgRx.
Experience with Angular Material / Google Material Design libraries.
Experience with Node.js 18.
Database
Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably:
PostgreSQL
MongoDB
Neo4j
DevOps / Cloud
Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
Experience with Kubernetes and Helm charts.
Experience with Kaniko.
Hands-on experience with GitLab SCM and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with JFrog Artifactory.
Experience collaborating with DevOps teams for Azure cloud deployments.
Testing & Code Quality
Strong experience with JUnit and Mockito.
Experience with SonarQube.
Experience with Black Duck or similar software security/vulnerability scanning tools.
Agile & Tools
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
SAFe experience is preferred.
