Senior Agentic AI Engineer
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, build and deploy enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG and multi-agent systems. The role focuses on developing AI-powered automation, intelligent assistants and data-driven decision platforms, with strong emphasis on scalability, security, governance and production readiness.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
8+ years of Software, Data or AI Engineering experience
Strong Python programming
Strong SQL
Hands-on experience with LLMs
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI
Strong experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Experience with Embeddings
Experience with Vector Databases
Experience with LangChain
Experience with LlamaIndex
Experience with Azure OpenAI or similar AI frameworks
Experience designing AI/data pipelines on Azure or AWS
Experience with Databricks
Experience with Spark
Experience with Airflow
Experience with Docker
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with CI/CD
Knowledge of MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, evaluation and retraining
What you'll do
Design and develop Agentic AI applications
Build solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector databases
Develop and optimize AI workflows using LangChain and LlamaIndex
Work with cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI
Design scalable AI and data pipelines on Azure/AWS
Implement MLOps practices
Support model deployment, monitoring, evaluation and retraining
Build production-ready AI solutions
Collaborate with business and engineering teams
Ensure AI platforms meet security, governance, scalability and reliability requirements
