To assist the team in legal research, legal due diligence, the preparation and review of legal advice, transaction documents and other legal work relating to energy, infrastructure, banking and finance, corporate and M&A transactions in the energy, infrastructure and banking sectors; Provide clerical, administrative and matter management support in Finance & Projects Practice Group Any other duties as may reasonably be assigned. Requirement The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate all or the majority of the following: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in from Hanoi Law University, Vietnam National University (Hanoi); Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam; Complete the Lawyer Training Course at the Judicial Academy; Experience in a leading Vietnamese law firm or international law firm; First rate technical skills needed to support the client work of the department; Excellent English communication skills (fluency in reading, writing, speaking and ability to translate and/or review translations); Experience in, and strong understanding of, energy, banking, and/or corporate/M&A transactions; Strong drafting, legal research and due diligence skills; Demonstrated interest in, and commitment to developing expertise in, energy, infrastructure, project finance, banking and M&A transactions in energy and banking sectors; Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work; Commerciality and demonstrable business development experience; Strong client service orientation - a "client first" culture; Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and to take responsibility for this relationship; Initiative and proactive approach to work; Maturity, gravitas and emotional intelligence; High work standards; Flexible work practices; Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work well independently and as part of a team; A keenness to learn; Respects and enjoys the diversity of cultural, social and academic backgrounds found in the Firm; Ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members; Good resilience under pressure.
