Customer Success Manager - Customer Relations (Fluent Dutch Speaker)

You get energy from building client relationships, from spotting opportunities others miss, and from making sure customers get the most out of what they've invested in Eddy Grid. This role is for someone who combines genuine customer focus with a sharp commercial instinct. As Customer Success Manager, you are Eddy Grid's primary point of contact for your client portfolio. You translate technical insights from the Asset Performance team into clear client narratives, identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, and bring the voice of the customer back to Sales and Development.

What will you do? Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, from relationship management to day-to-day questions and strategic conversations Guide customers in getting the most from their energy assets and translate insights into concrete recommendations Spot growth opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into upsells Tell Eddy Grid's story compellingly to clients and their advisors / partners Translate technical insights into client narratives, and bring the voice of the customer back to Asset Performance, Sales, and Development Proactively keep clients informed about market developments and the performance of their assets Contribute to client retention by managing expectations clearly and resolving issues quickly Who are you? 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role with a focus on relationship management — such as account management, customer success, or technical sales A natural relationship builder: you're at home with clients and create trust A trusted advisor with strong commercial instincts who converts growth opportunities in a natural, consultative way A clear, compelling communicator, both verbally and in writing Proactive and ownership-driven: your clients know there's always someone in their corner
