What you'll do

Perform manufacturing activities according to approved procedures and work instructions. Prepare reagents, buffers, and laboratory materials for production. Execute pipetting and sample handling activities using manual and semi-automated laboratory equipment. Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and in accordance with quality requirements. Support inventory management, stock control, and material preparation. Participate in routine laboratory maintenance and housekeeping activities. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations team.

What you'll bring

Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field. Work experience: 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated medical device, IVD, pharmaceutical, or similar environment. A proactive and structured approach to work, with strong analytical and project management skills. A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of quality. A collaborative and communicative mindset, with the confidence to work effectively with colleagues and external partners. Experience with laboratory testing, R&D, medical devices, or other regulated industries is an advantage. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish. Eligible to live and work in Sweden. Residing at a commutable distance from the office.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Biomedical Sciences, Life Science, or a related scientific discipline, or previous manufacturing experience in a laboratory environment. Work experience: Previous laboratory experience from university projects, thesis work, internships, manufacturing experience in a laboratory and/or regulated area is required. Technical skills: Basic understanding of molecular biology techniques is considered an advantage. Familiarity with laboratory equipment and good laboratory practices. Experience with PCR, DNA handling, or pipetting techniques is considered an advantage. Ability to follow written procedures and document work accurately. Comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
