What you'll bring
- Availability of at least three shifts per week
- At least seventeen years old (you must be at least eighteen years old to work evening and/or night shifts)
- Good enough understanding of the Dutch and/or English language to be able to comprehend the safety instructions
- Able to perform physically heavier work, as you mainly work standing up and lift parcels up to fifteen kilograms
- Own transport to get to the work location (such as a car, scooter or bicycle), as it is not possible to reach the sorting center by public transport
- Able to provide a VOG (Certificate of Conduct)

We've all seen PostNL's logo at some point. But have you ever wondered what happens between putting a letter in the mailbox and it being delivered at the right address? Every card, letter and parcel will be brought to a PostNL sorting center, where it is checked, sorted and sent out again. You too can be part of this process. Especially during the busy festive season, your superpowers are more than welcome!
Working hours
PostNL is looking for mail sorters for the morning, afternoon, evening and night shifts. You work from Monday to Friday and are available for a minimum of three shifts.
- Morning shift between 6.00 and 15.00 hrs.
- Afternoon shift between 11:30 and 20:00 hrs.
- Evening shift between 17.30 and 2.00 hrs.
- Night shift between 23.00 and 7.00 hrs.
An average shift lasts 3 to 5 hours. It is possible that your shift may run longer.
