As a Senior Contract Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing contractual agreements within complex energy and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project directors, project managers and clients and be responsible for the contractual framework within which projects are successfully delivered. Your main focus will be contract management in the areas of civil law and environmental and planning law, with extensive use of integrated contract models such as UAV-GC. Your responsibilities will include: Advising project teams and management on contractual risks, obligations and opportunities. Supporting the drafting, reviewing and management of contracts, including UAV-GC, RAW and related agreements. Managing complex contractual matters within civil and environmental/planning law. Monitoring contractual performance and compliance with agreed terms and conditions. Identifying and managing contract changes, claims, variations and additional or reduced scope. Supporting tender processes and contract negotiations. Coordinating contract documentation and reporting.
