Job Description
We are looking for an experienced nCino Salesforce Developer with 8–10 years of overall IT experience, including approximately 6 years of hands-on experience with the nCino Bank Operating System and its core modules.
The candidate will be responsible for Salesforce Apex development, nCino administration, system integrations, and CI/CD deployment automation. Experience in banking and loan-related projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using Salesforce and nCino Bank Operating System.
Work on nCino core modules and banking-related functionalities.
Develop and customize Salesforce Apex classes, triggers, and other solutions.
Perform nCino administration, configuration, and enhancements.
Integrate Salesforce/nCino with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Implement secure authentication mechanisms for integrations.
Support CI/CD deployment automation using AutoRABIT.
Work with SQL databases and perform database-related activities.
Use Azure DevOps for pipelines and work tracking.
Collaborate with development, testing, and business teams in an Agile environment.
Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
Mandatory Skills
8–10 years of overall IT experience.
Around 6 years of hands-on nCino Bank Operating System experience.
Strong Salesforce Apex development skills.
Hands-on nCino administration experience.
Experience with nCino core modules.
REST and SOAP API integration experience.
Authentication protocols.
AutoRABIT CI/CD deployment experience.
SQL / Database skills.
Azure DevOps familiarity.
Banking / Loan domain experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
Git experience.
