Project SC Engineer

As a Project Supply Chain Engineer at our Danone Factory in Haps, where we make Early Life Nutrition, you will support our transformation journey. Haps plays a critical role in delivering ultra-premium Infant Milk Formula (IMF) to China and other key markets. To meet evolving global regulatory and capacity requirements, we are investing in projects that will shape the future of our operations.

Your mission is to design, analyse, and optimize end-to-end material- and information flows within our project. You ensure that technological decisions, process designs, and operational practices result in an efficient, scalable, and future-ready supply chain, from raw material receipt through to customer delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

Contribute to the design of future-state end-to-end processes within the project.

Assess and validate the impact of technological decisions on planning, inventory levels, logistics flows, and service performance.

Map and analyse current and future material flows, identifying bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and logistics risks.

Provide data-driven recommendations supported by analytical insights and simulations.

Define optimal inventory strategies for raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.

Evaluate the impact of project decisions on service levels, inventory performance, and working capital.

Act as the Supply Chain representative within the End-to-End Stream and towards stakeholders.

Support testing, validation, and start-up activities as well as change management initiatives and knowledge transfer
