What you'll do
Getting hands-on involvement in the full recruitment process, from writing job postings to candidate selection and onboarding Supporting HR administration such as contract management, performance reviews, and personnel files Contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of HR processes. Acting as a point of contact for employees on practical HR questions Regular feedback and reflection sessions with the HR Manager to support your development.
What you'll bring
A relevant field of study, such as International Business and Languages, HRM, Business Administration, or another related field, is a plus You have a good command of Dutch and English You are of high integrity and can handle confidential information responsibly You have an open attitude You are stress resistant and flexible
