Intern Supply Chain Customer Experience Planning

Join us as a Customer Experience & Planning Intern in our Global Supply Chain SNU team this November! You’ll help monitor and prevent customer complaints, manage stock planning and replenishment for several locations, and contribute to key processes that keep our global operations running smoothly.

Your main responsibilities include:

Consolidating customer complaints originating from deployment activities across 4 industry platforms. Each case will be thoroughly analyzed to determine the root cause, followed by the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Outcomes will be communicated back to customers to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

You’ll actively contribute to customer deployment planning, working closely with fellow planners to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

You will actively plan and manage one or a few locations within the scope, forecast the transportation needs, and the writing off/scrapping process.

You’ll take ownership of consolidating and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like Container Fill Rate and Deployment Lead Time, providing valuable insights that drive weekly and monthly reviews with Sales Units and help shape strategic decisions.

You’ll lead with your direct colleague the creation of an innovative Power BI dashboard, transforming raw company data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and enhance daily operations. Your work will empower stakeholders across the organization and deliver measurable impact.

You have a strong curiosity of further understanding end2end Supply Chain, good at communicating with various functions/levels of stakeholders, pay attention to details and are proactive, data-driven. On top of that? You have great skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Power BI (SAP is a plus).

Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student in Supply Chain or a related field for the entire duration of the internship.

Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.

For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.

Available to start in November for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Able to work from our Zoetermeer office at least 2 days per week.
