We'll help you develop your commercial awareness and understanding of what being a Trainee Solicitor involves. Then, through a series of group tasks and interactive workshops, start to build the core skills you need to succeed in the role. You'll be allocated a Trainee buddy, who'll be there to offer you advice and support. There'll be plenty of networking opportunities too. You'll also benefit from one-to-one sessions with our Graduate Recruitment & Development team.
