What you'll do
Lead the delivery of OT cyber security projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive status reporting. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Cyber Security, IT, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. Plan project activities around production schedules, maintenance windows, and site shutdown periods to minimise operational disruption. Manage third-party vendors and systems integrators delivering OT security technologies and services. Ensure projects align with security architecture, governance frameworks, and organisational standards. Drive change management activities and support the successful transition of solutions into operational teams. Provide regular project updates and delivery insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Cyber Security Project Manager OT to work for our client within the consumer health sector. This is initially a 6 months employment contract and will be a hybrid role based in Warsaw Our client is seeking an OT Cyber Security Project Manager to lead the delivery of security initiatives across its Operational Technology (OT) environment. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working closely with cyber security teams, engineering functions, manufacturing sites, and external partners to reduce cyber risk across critical production environments while ensuring business continuity and operational stability.
Proven experience successfully delivering cyber security projects within complex enterprise environments. Hands-on project delivery experience across OT/ICS environments, including technologies such as SCADA, PLCs, network segmentation, asset discovery, and OT monitoring solutions. Good working knowledge of industry frameworks and standards, including IEC 62443 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF). Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders across both IT and Engineering functions. Demonstrated experience managing external suppliers, systems integrators, and project budgets. Relevant project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, APM, or Agile methodologies is desirable. Security-related certifications, such as CISM or GICSP, would be considered a strong advantage.
