What you'll do
Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support commercial and contract management activities for large infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Quantity verification and measurement. Certification of contractor bills. BOQ reviews and rate analysis. Variation and change control management. Cost monitoring and reporting. Preparation of estimates and forecasts. Quantity reconciliation. Support contractual and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll bring
Requirements Relevant engineering qualification. Minimum 15 years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial management of infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project commercial management.
