For our Design department we are looking for a qualified Design Teacher with a strong understanding of inquiry-based learning, ideally with experience in the International Baccalaureate ( MYP / DP ). You feel confident being part of a large school community and like to work as part of a professional team. You are able to cater for students with many different social, emotional, and educational needs, from a variety of different cultural backgrounds and countries.

You are a teacher who values collaboration , demonstrates flexibility in a dynamic learning environment, and is committed to the continuous development of both students and your own professional practice. A valid teaching qualification recognised by DUO to be able to teach in a secondary school in the Netherlands Excellent knowledge and experience of various teaching and educational methodologies An understanding and knowledge of various cultural backgrounds Good command of the English language and communication skills A commitment to the school’s mission to provide high-quality community-based international learning in the form of the IB programme A resilient attitude and a good sense of humour You excel in planning and organising engaging lessons while building and maintaining strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

Salary in LB payscale, based upon knowledge and experience (min. € 3.665,- max. € 5.586,- full-time per month, before tax) or higher scale, depending on experience. This position is based at our South-East Campus to teach Monday-Friday. Start date December 2026, or possibly earlier. We anticipate the cover to last approximately one year, although this may be extended.
