Evaluate and select suitable electrical and electronic components to optimize system performance. Supervise the assembly and testing of electrical cabinets and prototypes. Apply EMC principles and ensure safe, reliable designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. We are looking for: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience designing and developing electrical systems for industrial equipment, machinery, automation systems, or other complex technical products Experience taking electrical designs from concept through detailed engineering, integration, testing, and commissioning. The ability to define system architectures, translate requirements into robust engineering solutions, and solve complex technical challenges. The ability to look beyond individual components and consider how design decisions impact the overall system, the production process, and the end user. Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product development lifecycle. A hands-on, well-organized approach, with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
