What you'll do

Shape and lead cross-functional product work across L&D, talent management, skills, career development and internal mobility. Translate business and workforce needs into clear product priorities, roadmaps and scalable solutions. Design and improve People products using product management, service design and customer research methods. Work closely with People Business Partners, leadership teams and employees to understand needs, test solutions and drive adoption. Use AI responsibly to improve personalised learning, skills insights, content, employee self-service and workflow efficiency. Lead delivery from discovery to launch, including roadmap, prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, risks, change and adoption. Use people, learning and business data to measure impact, guide decisions and continuously improve products.

What you'll bring

Strong hands-on experience in L&D, talent management or organisational development, ideally in a global and complex environment. Proven ability to define and deliver capability-building strategies at scale, translating business needs into focused upskilling, reskilling and learning solutions. Strong practical knowledge of talent and L&D practices, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, skills-based learning and internal mobility. Confident daily user of AI tools, with a strong understanding of how AI is changing work, skills and learning, and sound judgement on responsible use. Strong product, project and change management skills, with the ability to move from unclear problem to scalable solution. Ability to influence senior stakeholders, simplify complexity, manage trade-offs and drive decisions. Confidence using learning, people and business data to shape priorities, assess impact and improve outcomes.

Nice to have

Experience with talent marketplaces, learning platforms, talent technology, or AI-enabled HR tools. Experience with agile ways of working, product management, service design or consultancy.
