Business Analysis Manager | Revenue Operations
As Business Analysis Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of key Revenue Operations processes, reporting, analytics, and Business Analysis & Data Science team projects.
You will independently execute specialized tasks that enhance the efficiency and quality of our revenue operations. Your expertise will drive the optimization of processes, ensuring our sales teams can deliver outstanding results. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the effectiveness of our revenue operations through meticulous execution and continuous improvement.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Independently manage and improve comprehensive departmental projects.
Conduct in-depth analysis of sales metrics to identify performance trends.
Provide expert guidance on sales tools and systems usage.
Lead smaller operational projects and process improvement initiatives.
Oversee data integrity initiatives and ensure compliance.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategy execution.
Evaluate and recommend new sales technologies and tools, with a strong emphasis on AI solutions
Support team-wide projects to enhance revenue operations effectiveness.
About You
Experience
5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Strategy, Finance, or a related analytical role.
Demonstrable experience in delivering advanced sales analysis and business intelligence to Sales Leaders and CXO level.
Demonstrable experience in developing Business Intelligence solutions for Senior Stakeholders (CXO level), leveraging Frontier AI models.
Strong communicator with the ability to craft clear, compelling insights and recommendations that influence senior sales leadership.
Adept at building collaborative, productive relationships with senior cross‑functional stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
Proven ability to build automated, database‑driven workflows and reduce spreadsheet dependence
Proficient in Salesforce, Power BI, Frontier AI models and experience working with sales analytics platforms, ensuring strong adoption, accurate data integrity, and effective system utilization.
Focused on driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen sales operating rhythms.
Highly organized, accountable, and willingness to move initiatives forward with precision and clarity.
What you'll bring
Project Management: Strong skills in leading and managing complex projects.
Advanced Data Analytics: High capability in advanced data analysis and interpretation.
Statistical Modelling: Capable of designing Mathematical and Statistical Models to Optimize Sales forecasting, embedding these models in our BI tools.
Education
BSc in relevant technical field; or equivalent experience
