About the role
As Electrical installation manager (low voltage), you help protect people, infrastructure, and business operations across ASML in the Netherlands. Specialized contractors perform daily operational activities, while you provide governance, oversight, and technical leadership.
What you'll do

Own and continuously improve ASML’s electrical safety management program, policies, procedures, and governance framework.
Oversee authorized contractor organizations performing maintenance, inspections, switching activities, testing, and operational installation management.
Safeguard infrastructure reliability through lifecycle planning, risk mitigation, redundancy strategies, and modernization programs.
Review and approve high-risk activities, technical deviations, risk assessments, competencies, and electrical safety authorizations.
Lead electrical incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure effective corrective and preventive measures.
Advise senior stakeholders on electrical safety, compliance, infrastructure risks, asset reliability, and business continuity.
What you'll bring
The Electrical installation manager (low voltage) requires extensive technical knowledge and experience in safety-critical environments. The following requirements are important for successfully carrying the formal accountability of this position:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in industrial, utility, semiconductor, high-tech, or mission-critical environments.
Extensive experience with electrical safety governance, asset management, and infrastructure risk management.
Demonstrated experience overseeing contractors and managing formally delegated electrical safety responsibilities.

Experience supporting business continuity, infrastructure resilience, and reliability-centered maintenance within critical operating environments.
Preferably, STIPEL Industry and Utilities certification for installation and work responsibility across high- and low-voltage systems.
Working at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve – and working together is the only way to do that. You won’t work in a silo. Instead, you’ll be part of a creative, dynamic work environment where you’ll collaborate with supportive colleagues. There is always space for creative and unique points of view. You’ll have the flexibility and trust to choose how best to tackle tasks and solve problems.
Demonstrate visible safety leadership and take ownership of difficult decisions.
Challenge activities and stop work when electrical safety requirements are not met.
Influence stakeholders and contractors without relying on direct reporting authority.
Translate complex technical risks into clear business impacts and management actions.
Balance safety, compliance, operational continuity, reliability, and cost considerations.
Build trusted relationships across technical, operational, and leadership teams.
