People2.0 are now recruiting for a Paralegal to provide administrative help to the legal counsel. This role is offered on a temporary basis for up to 9 months, for 2-3 days per week. This position is critical in the company’s integration process across EMEA, striving to create excellence in sub-regional expertise. What you’ll get to do:

From an internal operational perspective, the Paralegal will ensure the administration is up to date and the priority tasks will be to support the Legal Counsel with ongoing compliance projects. This will involve the requirement to have attention to detail, and the ability to work on administrative and operational tasks at pace. Primary Responsibilities include: Responsible for the administration of the Sub-Regional Legal, Contract and Compliance function Support audits from regional regulatory bodies, employer federations and carry out enterprise risk initiatives Skills and experience we value: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, Demonstrates an ability to prioritize workload and act with urgency, delivering to multiple, sometimes tight, deadlines Results driven, with a strong sense of accountability A proactive, self-motivated, organized approach, able to navigate and simplify complexity Possesses enthusiasm and aspires to work collaboratively with other sub-regional teams in a supportive environment Education and Qualifications Fluency in English and Dutch essential Experience in labor and regulatory laws An understanding of the rules surrounding labor leasing, temporary workers, and employment law status would be desirable.
