What you'll do
As Product Manager, you will play a central role in the growth story of iBabs. You will: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, in line with the product roadmap and market demand Define and execute product strategies that deliver measurable value to our public and semi-public clients Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to bring new features and products to life Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their needs and identify growth opportunities Develop P&L- and data-driven, client-focused business cases that combine user value with cost efficiency Conduct competitor analyses and provide input for pricing and go-to-market strategies to strengthen iBabs’ position
What you'll bring
You do not just manage products - you build ecosystems. For this role, strong analytical, collaborative and client-focused skills are essential. In addition, you bring: Four to six years’ experience in product management or business development within SaaS A proven track record of bringing products from concept to launch in an international context The ability to write clear, structured product requirement documents (PRDs) and break down large projects into actionable outcomes Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence both technical and commercial discussions Fluency in English and Dutch Affinity with the Dutch public sector is a significant advantage
