Mechanical Engineer - Senior

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will take technical ownership of mechanical design activities across complex projects. You will drive designs from early trade-offs to detailed release, ensure high engineering quality, and mentor other engineers, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams. What you’ll do Lead mechanical design from concept, trade-offs and analysis to detailed design and release. Ensure designs meet requirements for manufacturability, reliability and integration. Contribute to mechanical aspects of thermal-related topics (interfaces, housings, conduction/insulation design choices). Run and participate in design reviews, risk mitigation and technical decision-making. Guide and mentor junior/medior engineers and help raise team standards (documentation, reviews, ways of working).

BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) 5+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience after graduation. Experience mentoring and supporting team members. Proven ability to own a design scope end-to-end and align stakeholders Strong skills in requirements-driven engineering, documentation and design verification Nice to have: experience in high-reliability product development environments (e.g., aerospace, high-tech, automotive, semicon)
