What You'll Achieve As a Senior Program Manager within AI Infrastructure Services, you will lead the delivery of large-scale AI and Data Center transformation programs for some of Dell Technologies' most strategic customers globally. You will help customers optimize Data Center design, accelerate AI infrastructure deployments and realize business value through complex multi-site implementation programs. Working across Dell Technologies' products, services and partner ecosystem, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of our most complex programs. You will define program governance, establish delivery frameworks, manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and ensure alignment to customer objectives and business outcomes. You will provide leadership and oversight throughout the program lifecycle, driving effective decision-making, managing risks and ensuring stakeholder alignment. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging with executive leadership and C-Suite stakeholders, using a data-driven approach to provide transparency, influence outcomes and drive successful program delivery. This role will lead and manage the Program Office on behalf of Dell Technologies for some of our largest global customers.
