In deze veelzijdige functie bestaan je verantwoordelijkheden onder andere uit: Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van de spelersrecruitmentstrategie van de club, in lijn met onze voetbalfilosofie en selectieplanning, en het identificeren van recruitmentmogelijkheden; Het ontwikkelen en bijhouden van opvolgingsplannen voor iedere positie binnen het eerste elftal en het ondersteunen van de Director of Football bij de selectieplanning en de planning van transferperiodes; Het identificeren en analyseren van interessante en ondergewaardeerde competities en spelersmarkten, zowel nationaal als internationaal, en het actueel houden van informatie over de beschikbaarheid van spelers, contractsituaties en marktontwikkelingen; Het coördineren van alle scoutingactiviteiten binnen ADO Den Haag, zowel live als via video en data. In samenwerking met performanceanalyse en dataproviders integreer je data in het recruitmentproces en vertaal je deze inzichten naar heldere voetbalinhoudelijke aanbevelingen; Het ontwikkelen en bijhouden van positiegerichte shortlists en spelersprofielen, evenals het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van objectieve methodieken voor spelersbeoordeling en benchmarking; Het onderhouden van professionele relaties met zaakwaarnemers, clubs en andere relevante tussenpersonen en het verder ontwikkelen van recruitmentsoftware, databases en werkprocessen. Daarnaast onderzoek je actief de mogelijkheden van nieuwe technologieën en AI om het recruitmentproces verder te verbeteren. Daarnaast beschik je over: Aantoonbare ervaring met professionele scouting en recruitment binnen het profvoetbal; Grondige kennis van selectieopbouw en opvolgingsplanning; Ervaring met het coördineren van scoutingactiviteiten; Een goed begrip van prestatiegegevens en de toepassing daarvan binnen recruitment, evenals voldoende technische kennis om tools en systemen ter ondersteuning van het recruitmentproces te ontwikkelen; Kennis van de Benelux-markt, sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van spelersbeoordeling en een uitgebreid netwerk van clubs en zaakwaarnemers; Een goed commercieel inzicht en kennis van spelerswaarde, recruitmentkosten en ontwikkelpotentieel; Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden; Een nauwkeurige, discrete en zelfstandige werkhouding. Een UEFA- of vergelijkbare Talent ID-kwalificatie, internationale recruitmentervaring, kennis van modellen voor spelershandel en ervaring met het ontwikkelen van recruitmentmethodieken zijn een pré.

In this versatile position, your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing the club's player recruitment strategy, in line with our football philosophy and squad planning, and identifying recruitment opportunities; Developing and maintaining succession plans for every position within the first team and supporting the Director of Football with squad planning and transfer window planning; Identifying and analysing interesting and undervalued competitions and player markets, both nationally and internationally, and maintaining up-to-date information on player availability, contract situations and market developments; Coordinating all scouting activities within ADO Den Haag, both live and through video and data. In collaboration with performance analysis and data providers, you will integrate data into the recruitment process and translate these insights into clear football recommendations; Developing and maintaining position-specific shortlists and player profiles, as well as developing and improving objective player assessment and benchmarking methodologies; Maintaining professional relationships with agents, clubs and other relevant intermediaries and further developing recruitment software, databases and workflows. You will also actively explore the possibilities of new technologies and AI to further improve the recruitment process.

ADO Den Haag is looking for a driven and innovative Recruitment professional who knows the football industry well and enjoys working at the intersection of scouting, data and squad planning. In addition, you have: Demonstrable experience in professional scouting and recruitment within professional football; Strong knowledge of squad building and succession planning; Experience coordinating scouting activities; Strong understanding of performance data, its application within recruitment, and the technical oversight to develop tools and systems to support the recruitment process; Knowledge of the Benelux market, strong player assessment skills and an extensive network of clubs and agents; Good commercial understanding and knowledge of player value, recruitment costs and development potential; Strong communication and organisational skills; An accurate, discreet and independent working attitude. A UEFA or equivalent Talent ID qualification, international recruitment experience, knowledge of player trading models and experience in developing recruitment methodologies are desirable.
