About the role

Every order depends on products being available and delivered on time. As Marie-Stella-Maris grows across B2B, retail and D2C, keeping products moving smoothly requires reliable operations and close collaboration across teams.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who enjoys keeping processes on track and solving operational challenges. You’ll help manage inventory, orders and logistics partners, while contributing to improvements in our systems and ways of working.

You’ll coordinate supply chain operations across B2B, retail and D2C, helping ensure products are available and orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You’ll monitor inventory, work with our third-party logistics (3PL) partners and collaborate with teams across the business to keep products moving smoothly from stock to customer.

You’ll join the Supply Chain team as we implement NetSuite. You’ll contribute to system testing, data accuracy and process improvements, helping make sure our supply chain systems and ways of working support the needs of each sales channel.

You’ll report to the Supply Chain Lead and work closely with Account Management, E-commerce, Finance, Sourcing and Customer Service, as well as external logistics partners.

What you’ll do

Coordinate supply chain operations

Coordinate day-to-day supply chain operations across B2B, retail and D2C.

Help keep product flows moving smoothly from inventory availability through to fulfilment and delivery.

Support reliable order fulfilment across different sales channels.

Manage inventory and orders

Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy and product availability across relevant locations and channels.

Support replenishment and demand planning to maintain healthy stock levels and reduce the risk of stock-outs or excess inventory.

Oversee order processing and follow up to help ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time and in full.

Work with logistics partners

Monitor the performance of external warehouse and logistics partners against agreed service levels and KPIs.

Support regular performance reviews and follow up on operational issues.

Identify opportunities to improve service, processes and cost efficiency.

Collaborate across teams

Work with Account Management, E-commerce, Finance, Sourcing and Customer Service to translate commercial priorities into practical supply chain processes.

Help resolve operational challenges and improve the end-to-end customer experience.

Keep relevant stakeholders informed about supply chain performance and potential issues.

Support NetSuite and process improvements

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of NetSuite and related supply chain systems.

Contribute to system testing, data accuracy, EDI integrations and process standardisation.

Monitor supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks and help implement improvements.

What you bring

You’re organised and proactive, with an eye for detail and a practical approach to solving problems. You’re comfortable working with data and operational processes, and you enjoy collaborating with different teams and external partners to keep things moving.

We’re looking for someone with:

Three to five years of experience in supply chain, logistics, order management or fulfilment, ideally in retail, FMCG, beauty or lifestyle.

Experience with B2B and/or D2C supply chain operations and an understanding of the needs of different sales channels.

Hands-on experience working with 3PL partners, warehouse operations and service-level agreements.

A solid understanding of inventory management, order fulfilment, logistics processes and supply chain performance metrics.

Experience with ERP systems. NetSuite and EDI integrations are a plus.

Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills.

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.

Fluency in English. Dutch is a strong advantage when working with our retail and logistics partners.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll help keep our products moving reliably across all sales channels and contribute to the improvements that support our continued growth. You’ll work closely with teams across the business and play an active role in shaping how our supply chain operates.
