Product Manager Intern

The Tencent Games Global CreatorHub is a community-driven influencer marketing platform connecting games, creators, and players. We embrace technology and explore AI boldly, adopting it where it delivers measurable value. - Design CreatorHub’s product experience for game studios and creators, covering creator programs, marketing campaigns, content submissions, rewards, and performance insights. - Translate user needs and business goals into clear user journeys, interaction designs, and prototypes, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver intuitive experiences. - Conduct user research and usability testing; combine feedback with behavioral data to improve creator participation and studio workflows. - Use AI tools to accelerate design exploration and prototyping, and help shape useful, trustworthy AI-native features.

- This position is open to students pursuing a master’s degree or above. No specific major is required; marketing, computer science, or related fields are preferred. - A hardcore PC/console gamer with a deep understanding of player motivations, gaming communities, and the creators and cultural trends that shape them. - AI native: you integrate AI into everyday work, can demonstrate practical examples, and critically evaluate its output and limitations. - Strong product design fundamentals and proficiency in Claude Design, Figma or similar tools, with a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving and design decisions. - Hands-on experience creating content or running a social media channel on YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, or similar platforms is a strong plus. - Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language.
