Support job postings, review CVs, and shortlist candidates against job requirements. Coordinate interview schedules and support communication with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (Talentlink). Update recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation. Assist with initial candidate screening and other recruitment activities under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition team & HR Country Manager. Support employer branding initiatives, such as university outreach, career fairs, and student engagement activities.

As an intern at Haskoning Indonesia, you will have opportunities to learn through practical recruitment activities, with guidance from the Talent Acquisition team. Hands-on experience supporting recruitment for engineering and consultancy roles. Mentoring and feedback from an experienced Talent Acquisition professional. Practical training in our Applicant Tracking System (Talentlink), CV screening, and recruitment reporting. Opportunities to develop candidate communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Exposure to an international working environment and collaboration with colleagues across the business.

As our new Recruitment Intern, you will join the Global Talent Acquisition team. Our team consists of 20 recruiters and recruiter marketers, giving you the opportunity to learn from diverse expertise. You will also have the chance to participate in global meetings and regional meetings, where knowledge sharing and collaboration are key parts of our culture. You will be based at our Haskoning Indonesia office in South Jakarta, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist in Indonesia while also collaborating with colleagues across our global team. What you bring as a Talent Acquisition Intern Final-year student in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field. Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment. Tech savvy, adaptable to new technology and AI Fluent in English, with strong communication skills. A fast learner with a proactive attitude. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in MS. Office Able to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality. Available for a 3–6-month internship at our South Jakarta head office, and able to provide an official internship letter from the university. Content or design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus.
