Agile Coach

Agile Coach Description Description: As a Scrum Master at Caliber, you will support our product development teams with an organized approach to fill in the gaps in Agile/Scrum frameworks. You will assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the teams to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. We prefer a candidate who ensures that teams deliver high-quality software products with speed, transparency, and collaboration.

Act as a coach for one or more Scrum teams. Have good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective). Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritization, and ensuring clarity of requirements. Remove obstacles and foster an environment of continuous improvement. Foster an environment of trust, collaboration, and self-organization. Ensure teams maintain focus on sprint goals. Drive Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles while adapting to the team’s maturity level. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve Agile adoption across the organization. Promote transparency through effective use of metrics, dashboards, and reporting (velocity, burndown, lead time, etc.). Foster strong communication and collaboration between Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams. Identify and address organizational challenges that impact team performance. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in software product development with at least 2+ years as a Scrum Master. Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, etc.). Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Proven ability to support cross-functional, distributed teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation practices is an added advantage. Certifications preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or equivalent.
