Help identify, decide on, and win opportunities to invest in the best tech startups Quickly evaluate and respond to a high volume of initial introductions, including holding initial screening conversations with ventures and evaluating those opportunities Work with partners to develop plan and help execute world-class due diligence including meeting notes, references, product and technical due diligence, competitive landscape research, market sizing, and financial evaluation Continuously improve our sourcing strategy, help execute and track against it. Be a general force for good and needle mover in our interactions with entrepreneurs seeking investment Support portfolio company founders by helping to drive strategic initiatives, assessing growth opportunities and creating and delivering valuable solutions as needed. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years working experience in venture, at a startup or as a consultant Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated A strong network in UK, Sweden or the Netherlands is a pre A creative mindset and critical thinking Strong written and verbal communication skills
