The Channel Marketing Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support to the global Channel Marketing team, helping ensure marketing programmes are delivered efficiently, and distributors have the information and materials they need. This is an excellent opportunity for a university student or graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B technology marketing. Working closely with Channel Marketing Managers across EMEA & USA, you will support marketing campaigns, events, distributor communications, CRM, Bloomfire & Marketplace administration platforms, and reporting while developing valuable commercial marketing skills.

Marketing Operations & Administration Support the coordination of channel marketing campaigns and promotional activities to channel partners. Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and action logs. Prepare marketing presentations, documents, and campaign assets. Coordinate the approval and distribution of marketing materials. Channel Audits of their websites and social media Distributor & CRM Support Maintain accurate distributor and partner contact information within CRM. Segmentation and compliance support on Marketing 365 Upload and maintain marketing collateral, price lists and product information on distributor marketplaces and partner portals. Assist with distributor communications and marketing updates. Support Channel Marketing Managers with day-to-day partner requests. Campaign & Event Support Assist with planning webinars, trade shows and distributor events. Coordinate event logistics, registrations and follow-up communications. Help execute email marketing campaigns. Track campaign performance and prepare summary reports. Reporting & Data Update marketing dashboards and campaign trackers. Assist with collecting sales, campaign and distributor performance data. Produce regular reports for the marketing and sales teams. Help ensure marketing databases remain accurate and up to date. Keeping project manager tool updated with tasks. Team Support Work closely with Regional Channel Marketing Managers. Coordinate meetings and capture actions. Support continuous improvement of marketing processes. Assist with ad hoc marketing projects as required. Skills & Attributes Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills are important. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to learn new systems and marketing tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive, proactive attitude with strong teamwork skills. Analytical mindset with an interest in data and reporting.

Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline. Interest in B2B marketing, technology or industrial automation. Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing platforms is advantageous but not essential.
