Junior Associate, Employment & Compensation (100%, m/f/d)

You will advise clients across a broad range of employment law matters, including: Transactions: Employment aspects of corporate transactions, employee transfers and related documentation. Advisory: Day-to-day employment advice, contracts, policies, terminations, employee relations, data protection and investigations. International projects: Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters in collaboration with colleagues worldwide. Redundancy: Workforce restructurings, redundancies and individual and collective employment processes. Litigation: Employment disputes, legal research, submissions, settlement discussions and court proceedings.
