Customer Care German and English Speaker Fulltime

Are you customer focused, communicative, and fluent in German and English ? Then we are looking for you! Do you live within a 40-kilometer radius of Venlo in the Netherlands, or near the Dutch-German border? What you’ll do: Be the main contact for international clients regarding orders Process orders quickly and accurately in our systems Answer questions about deliveries and handle incoming emails Create quotations and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (finance, administration, warehouse)

Salary: €3,000 – €3,300 gross per month Direct contract with the employer !
