Our purpose
Otrium is a purpose-led business – we see a future where all clothing is worn. Every year, billions of items are produced globally but are never sold. Clothing goes unworn and often ends up in landfills. This is a huge waste of creative energy, labour, natural resources and investment. Otrium is changing fashion from the inside out: we are an online fashion outlet marketplace and we tech-enable designer brands to find an owner for every item they produce.

Founded and headquartered in Amsterdam, operating across Europe, Otrium is a start-up company whose diverse, talented and international team, works diligently and passionately. We have a hybrid set-up which offers flexibility and freedom to our O-Team - this means we encourage our (local) O-Team members to join together in our office based in the Houthavens, Amsterdam at least 2 days per week. Your impact
We are looking for a Logistics Intern who, together with our team, will take Otrium to a higher level. We can guarantee one thing; after this internship, your resume is full of relevant experience, plus you have been part of a scale-up, in a young and enthusiastic team.
At Otrium, no two days are the same! As a Logistics Intern you will be supporting the team of supply chain specialists on incoming shipments from the supplying brands to get them live on the platform as soon as possible. You will work in Google Sheets, our own ERP system and our brand new drop system, to assist the team in guiding the shipments to a 'Ready for Live'-status.
What you'll do
You will manage the process of the items going live on our platform from start to finish
You will be in contact with brands and our warehouse regarding upcoming deliveries
You will request, check & process the incoming data & digital assets from brands about new deliveries to make it compatible with our ERP system;
You will be responsible for drop management
You will work on stock information improvement (sizing project)
You will support quality assurance efforts (minimising code 4s, defective SKUs)
You will support the Inbound team with day to day tasks.
What you'll bring
Good at organising and multitasking (stakeholder management will be an important part of your internship)
Studying a relevant degree for the internship
Available from mid January for a duration of 6 months, 32–40 hours per week
Living within a 1-hour one-way commute from our Houthavens office (ideally)
Flexible, curious, open-to-learn, tech-savvy, open for a challenge... with a great sense of humour!
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus!)

Hands-on operational experience in managing drops, develop stakeholder management skills through direct contact with brands and get exposure to 3PL management.
550 Euros per month internship allowance (based on full time)
Travel cost reimbursement (if more than 10km away from the office)
