As a Senior Commercial Strategy & Planning Specialist at VodafoneZiggo, you turn commercial strategy into clear, deliverable plans. You own the planning and coordination of our key commercial priorities, helping teams agree what to deliver, when to deliver it and how to manage dependencies and trade-offs.You manage and develop the 6Q Roadmap, including key customer drops, and maintain oversight of the wider commercial priorities portfolio. You bring initiatives together into a coherent plan, assess their strategic fit and delivery readiness, and make dependencies, risks and capacity constraints visible. You help stakeholders resolve issues, adjust plans and keep delivery moving.This role is about connecting strategy to execution across a complex organisation. You use insight and performance information to support decisions, but your main focus is roadmap and portfolio leadership, stakeholder alignment and progress on complex initiatives.

Through a clear approach, strong analysis and convincing communication, you build support and move teams forward. You maintain control over progress and risks, stay pragmatic and focus on what is needed to achieve results. What you bring Bachelor’s or master’s degree-level working and thinking ability. Extensive experience in commercial strategy, business planning, portfolio management, consulting or a similar role. Demonstrable experience owning or managing strategic roadmaps and priority portfolios, including prioritisation, sequencing, dependencies and governance. Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery, involving multiple teams, stakeholders or workstreams. Strong commercial understanding and knowledge of customer, market and business dynamics. Experience translating strategy into practical initiatives, plans, KPIs and decision-making. Strong analytical skills and experience with performance and progress reporting. Experience in stakeholder management within a complex, cross-functional organisation. You are structured, collaborative, results-oriented, proactive and able to create clarity and focus.
