Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Specialist, you will support the delivery of high-quality payroll services for our customers. You will manage payroll activities, ensure compliance, support process improvements, and collaborate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on time for assigned customers Support compliance activities, statutory reporting, and payroll controls Maintain payroll documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders Identify and support payroll process improvements Assist with onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team Support system testing, updates, and year-end payroll activities Stay up to date with payroll legislation and best practices What You Bring 2-5 years of payroll experience, preferably within outsourcing or an international environment Knowledge of Danish payroll legislation and statutory reporting Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll is an advantage Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
