Execute daily sales operations, including new business development and ongoing client maintenance through regular visits and trade exhibition participation. 4. Analyze customer needs, client scale and purchasing habits to inform targeted business approaches. 5. Source and convert new client leads, building and nurturing initial business connections. 6. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, stay updated on their new product developments and identify untapped market opportunities. 7. Accurately report key market and customer insights, and timely communicate new business opportunities and internal updates relevant to client organizations. 8. Manage customer credit terms and oversee timely payment collections. 9. Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Food science, Nutrition, Pharma, Chemistry, Biotechnology or Business. 2. Minimum of 3 years of related work experience. 3. Ability to travel up to 50 %. 4. Possess valid and stable work authorization to work long-term in the U.S. 5. Effective and persuasive communication and presentation skills that sells benefits and creates value. 6. Knowledge and experience with CRM/ERP systems. 7.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
