About the role
Are you an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) professional with excellent cost control skills? Have you worked on E&I installations in busy industrial plants? -
Quantity Surveyor E&I to support large industrial projects by managing materials, contracts, invoicing, procurement flows, and change orders related to E&I work packages. You will work closely with engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that project activities are delivered safely, within budget, and according to scope. -
What you'll do
Prepare bills of materials, cost breakdowns, invoices, and contractual documentation for E&I works. Manage change orders and negotiate cost impacts with contractors and clients. Monitor project progress, site execution, budgets, and planning updates. Coordinate subcontractors, tender packages, and technical documentation. Validate completed works and support timely payment processing. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project controls teams to maintain accurate cost reporting.
What you'll bring
Diploma or degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar. 7-10+ years of experience with E&I installations in industrial plants (manufacturing, chemicals, refining, utilities, FMCG, etc.) Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, variations, and cost control. Experience with brownfield upgrades, maintenance shutdowns, or CAPEX projects is preferred. Familiarity in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
