·       Search, find and introduce IT professionals to clients; ·       Create a pool of suitable candidates; ·       Write and post IT vacancies; ·       Guide candidates through the application process; ·       Maintain accurate administration; ·       Build and maintain a professional network; ·       Manage client relationships.

·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; ·       Driven with a sales mentality; ·       Residing in (the area of) Amsterdam; ·       Seeking a starting position with support and guidance; ·       Proficiency in Dutch and English.
